# Meta data deletion
DreamTech is a product operated by DreamTech Solutions. It uses Meta connections to support Facebook and Instagram features for your business.
## Request deletion
Email [support@dreamtechsolutions.com.au](mailto:support@dreamtechsolutions.com.au?subject=Meta%20data%20deletion%20request) with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. Include your business name and the Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to DreamTech. Do not send your password or access token.
We may ask you to confirm that you control the connected business before we remove its information. We will confirm the result of your request and explain any information that must be retained.
## Stop the connection
In DreamTech, open Social Media settings and disconnect Facebook. Disconnecting removes the stored Page access token. It does not delete all connection information or existing post records. Send the deletion request above if you want those records reviewed for removal.
You can also remove DreamTech from your Facebook business integrations. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram remains on those platforms; manage that content there.
## Information covered
Your request can cover stored Meta account identifiers, account display names, connection credentials and associated social post records held by DreamTech Solutions through DreamTech. We will check the records associated with your business.
